Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges policy:We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item you have purchased. Here is our returns and exchanges policy:
Return period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your parcel to return an item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange items returned beyond this 14-day limit.
Return conditions: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
Items must be in their original condition, i.e. unused, undamaged, unworn with the original security seal and in the original packaging.
Items must still have their original label attached.
Return or exchange process:
Shipping method: Returns must be sent by post, using a service such as Laposte or Colissimo. Please note that the return costs are at the customer's expense.
Inspection and refund: Once we have received the return and it has been inspected by our team, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or theft during the return journey, so it is recommended that you use a tracking service.
