You can request a return or exchange from your "Orders" area and fill out the form, or by downloading it below and adding it to the package.

Pack it up

For packaging, you can reuse the original package or choose another, ensuring that the item is in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Print your slip

You are free to choose the carrier of your choice, with the exception of collection points for returns and exchanges.

Finally, send your package: we will process the return or exchange upon receipt, provided that all conditions are met.

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if we find that the error is ours—incorrect, defective, or damaged item—we will cover the entire return shipping cost, without any further formalities on your part.
What is the time limit for returning an item?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your item, provided that it has not been worn, washed, and is carefully repackaged in its original condition, with its tags intact.

Exchange

Can I exchange a size or a model?

Yes, exchanges are possible as long as the desired item is available and offered at the same price. Simply specify your request during the exchange process; we'll take care of the rest.
Are the exchange fees covered?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, shipping the replacement item is completely free of charge.

REFUND

How long will it take to get my refund?

After receiving and validating your return, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days . A confirmation email will be automatically sent to you once the transaction is complete.
How will I be reimbursed?

The refund is issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank:

  • Bank card : 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal / online payment : refund usually immediate within 48 hours
    No additional fees are applied.
Are the initial delivery charges refunded?

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or receipt of a faulty or damaged item.
