Article 1 – Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter " GTC ") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded between:

  • The Seller : RDisplay/ Fashion Trends

  • The Client : any non-professional buyer, acting as a consumer, wishing to acquire the products offered for sale on the RDisplay website (hereinafter the " Site ").

The products offered for sale include:

  • Women's ready-to-wear from the brand RDisplay , specializing in jeans.

The main characteristics of the Products (descriptions, compositions, sizes, etc.) are presented on the RDisplay Site, which the Customer is required to read before placing any order.
The choice and purchase of a Product is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Product offers are valid while stocks last , as indicated when placing the order.

These Terms and Conditions are accessible at any time on the RDisplay website and supersede any other document.
The Customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms by ticking the box provided for this purpose before validating their order.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Seller's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Customer.

The Products are offered for sale in the following territories:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Metropolitan France, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom and Switzerland.

In the case of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, the Customer is the importer of the Products concerned.
For all products shipped outside the European Union and French overseas territories :

  • The price will be automatically calculated excluding taxes on the invoice.

  • Customs duties or other local taxes may be required and remain the responsibility of the Client .

Article 2 – Price

The Products are supplied at the prices in effect on the Site at the time the order is registered by the Seller.

  • Prices are expressed in Euros .

  • They take into account any discounts offered by the Seller on the Site.

  • Prices are fixed and non-revisable during their period of validity; the Seller reserves the right to modify them at any time outside the period of validity.

Prices do not include:

  • processing fees ,

  • shipping costs ,

  • shipping and delivery costs ,

which are charged in addition, according to the conditions indicated on the Site and brought to the Client's attention before validation of the order.

The total amount to be paid (Products + fees) is shown to the Customer before payment.
An invoice is issued by the Seller and given to the Customer upon delivery.

Article 3 – Orders

It is up to the Customer to select the Products they wish to order on the Site, and then add them to their basket .
The customer can modify or remove items from the shopping cart before validation.

Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, within the limits of available stock .

The sale is considered valid only after full payment of the price.
It is the Client's responsibility to verify the accuracy of their order and to report any errors without delay.

Any order placed on the Site constitutes a distance contract between the Customer and the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right:

  • to cancel any order in the event of stock shortage of the ordered product(s),

  • to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment for a previous order.

The Customer can track the progress of their order on the Site and contact the Seller by email if needed.

Article 3 bis – Customer Area / Account

To place an order, the Customer is invited to create a customer account (personal space).

Users must provide truthful and accurate information (identity, address, email, telephone number, etc.) and update it if it changes. This information can be modified in their personal account.

Access to the account is via a strictly personal and confidential username and password . The Client is solely responsible for their use and confidentiality; any disclosure to a third party is their responsibility.

The Customer may request the deletion of their account :

In the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or the Site's terms of use, the Seller may suspend or delete the Customer's account after a formal notice has been issued and remains unheeded.

Deleting the account results in the permanent deletion of the Customer's personal information, subject to the Seller's legal obligations.

In the event of force majeure or maintenance causing a malfunction of the Site or the server, the Seller cannot be held liable.

Creating an account implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 4 – Payment Terms

The price is paid via secure payment , according to the following terms:

  • Payment by bank card

  • PayPal

The price is payable in full, in cash, on the day the order is placed.

Payment data is encrypted according to the protocol implemented by the Site's approved payment provider.

Payments are considered final only after the Seller has effectively received the amounts due.

The Seller is not obliged to deliver the Products if the Customer has not paid the price in full .

Article 5 – Deliveries

The Products are delivered:

  • in metropolitan France ,

  • within the European Union ,

  • as well as to: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Monaco, Iceland, Norway, French Overseas Departments .

Deliveries generally take place within 2 to 7 working days (in mainland France) to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.

Delivery consists of the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product .
Except in special cases, Products from the same order are delivered in a single shipment.

The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to meet these deadlines, which remain indicative .
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier .

Deliveries are made by an independent carrier to the address provided by the Customer, which must be easily accessible.

The Customer must check the condition of the Products upon delivery.
The customer has 14 days to submit any claim (by email), accompanied by supporting documents (photos, etc.). After this period, the products are considered compliant and free from any apparent defects.

In the event of non-conformity or defect, the Seller will proceed with the refund or replacement of the Product, in accordance with legal provisions (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and these General Terms and Conditions.

The transfer of risk of loss or damage occurs only upon physical possession of the Products by the Customer, unless the Customer has chosen the carrier himself: in this case, the transfer of risk occurs upon delivery to the carrier.

Article 6 – Return

The Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to make a return , at their own expense, in compliance with the conditions below.

The items must be:

  • in their original, new condition ,

  • complete with all their labels , accessories and packaging,

  • without any signs of wear or dirt.

Any item returned incomplete or damaged will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Return procedures

  1. The Customer must submit their return request via the Site's return page .

  2. After acceptance of the return and receipt of the label, the Customer has 14 days to return the package.

    • Any package received after this period cannot be refunded.

  3. A fee for return shipping costs is applied.

  4. In the case of an exchange , the first exchange is free ; subsequent exchanges will be charged 10 participation fee.

  5. Any package lost by the carrier cannot be exchanged or refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe delivery of their package (tracking, insurance).

  6. In the event of a dispute regarding a delivery indicated as completed by the carrier, an investigation will be systematically conducted. In the case of repeated or abusive claims, the company reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or future order.
  7. Once the package is received, the Seller has 14 days to process the refund to the payment method used for the purchase.

Reimbursement terms and discount

The returned item is checked by the logistics team. If the item is in new condition with its tags, a standard refund is issued.
If the product is not in satisfactory condition, a discount may be applied according to the following table:

This table is applicable only if the legal withdrawal period is respected.


Article 7 – Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of the Products transfers from the Seller to the Customer only after full payment of the price by the Customer, regardless of the date of delivery of the Products.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code , the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision or bear any costs other than those provided for in Articles L221-23 to L221-25.

The period begins from the date of receipt of the goods by the Customer (or a designated third party, other than the carrier).

In the case of an order for several goods delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last good .

The right of withdrawal can be exercised:

  • via the withdrawal form (Annex I) or

  • by any unambiguous statement expressing the intention to withdraw, sent by email to the address indicated in Article 1.

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, labels…), accompanied by the purchase invoice , allowing their resale as new.
Damaged, soiled, worn or incomplete products will not be accepted for return.

The refund will be made within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned Products, under the conditions set out in this article.

Article 9 – Seller's Liability – Warranties

The Products benefit from:

  • of the legal guarantee of conformity (Defective, damaged, or non-compliant products),

  • of the legal guarantee against hidden defects .

To assert their rights, the Customer must inform the Seller, in writing (email or letter), of the non-conformity or the existence of a hidden defect , as soon as it is discovered.

The Seller will, at its own expense, refund, replace or repair Products recognized as non-compliant or defective.

Refunds, replacements or repairs are carried out as quickly as possible.

The Seller's warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of non-conforming or defective Products.

⚠️ Only products purchased on the official website rdisplay.fr benefit from this guarantee. The order number may be requested.
For any item purchased from a reseller , the Customer must contact the reseller directly.

Article 10 – Data Processing and Freedoms

In accordance with law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and applicable regulations, the personal data requested from the Client is necessary:

  • order processing,

  • when preparing invoices,

  • to the management of the business relationship.

This data may be communicated to the Seller's partners responsible for the execution, processing, management and payment of orders.

The Client has a right:

  • access ,

  • modification ,

  • of rectification ,

  • opposition ,

on data concerning him, according to the terms described in the " Legal Notices " section of the Site.

Article 11 – Applicable Law – Language

These Terms and Conditions and the transactions arising therefrom are governed by French law .

They are written in French .
In the event of a translation, only the French version shall be considered valid in case of dispute.

Article 12 – Disputes

For any complaint, the Customer can contact customer service using the contact details provided in Article 1.

In the absence of an amicable settlement, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts , according to the rules of common law.

Article 13 – Promotional Gifts and Special Offers

As part of certain commercial operations, RDisplay / Fashion Tendance may offer the Customer a promotional gift (physical product) or apply an equivalent discount , subject to compliance with the specific conditions of the offer (minimum order amount, validity period, promotional code – for example a code of the type “RD” –, etc.), as indicated on the Site at the time of the order.

Promotional gifts and associated discounts:

  • are offered subject to availability ;

  • are non-exchangeable, non-refundable.

  • No claims can be made in the event of stock shortage .

In the event that the intended gift is sold out , RDisplay reserves the right to offer:

  • an immediate discount of equivalent value (for example: €18)

In the event of a total or partial return of an order that qualified the customer for a gift or discount, and when this return results in the loss of eligibility for the offer (for example, the order amount falling below the minimum threshold):

  • If the Customer keeps the promotional gift, the commercial value of the gift , as indicated on the offer (for example €18), may be deducted from the amount refunded ;

  • If the benefit took the form of an immediate discount , the amount of this discount may be deducted from the reimbursement .

Unless otherwise stated on the offer in question, promotional gifts and associated discounts cannot be combined with other current promotions or codes.
