COTTON / LYOCELL

STEP 1: WASHING
Cotton and lyocell jeans don't need to be washed after each wear. It's best to air them out between uses to keep them fresh and extend their lifespan.
IN CASE OF A STAIN
Focus on spot cleaning with a clean, slightly damp cloth or a soft brush. For a thorough wash, turn the jeans inside out and machine wash them at a maximum of 30°C, with similar colors.
Use a mild detergent without bleaching agents. Avoid fabric softener, as it can weaken fibers, especially lyocell fibers. Choose a delicate cycle with a gentle spin (maximum 800 rpm). Do not overload the machine to avoid excessive friction.

STEP 2: DRYING
Tumble drying is not recommended: heat can shrink the cotton and weaken the lyocell fibers.
Air dry your jeans in the shade. Hang them upside down or lay them flat on a drying rack. Avoid direct heat sources such as radiators or prolonged exposure to sunlight. Do not wring them; gently squeeze them by hand if necessary to remove excess water.

STEP 3: IRONING
Ironing is often unnecessary if drying has been done properly.
If you want to iron your jeans, turn them inside out and use a moderate temperature. Since lyocell is a sensitive fiber, do not press hard with the iron. Use a light steam or a damp cloth (a damp cloth between the fabric and the iron) to avoid shiny marks or burns.

STEP 4: THE INTERVIEW
Store your jeans folded, not hanging, to preserve their shape. Store them in a clean, dry, and dark place to prevent fading.
Lyocell is a soft and comfortable fiber, but it's susceptible to localized wear. Consider alternating the way you wear your jeans to extend their lifespan. Air them out occasionally if you don't wear them regularly.
