Return and exchange policy:
We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item you have purchased. Here is our return and exchange policy:
Return period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your package to return an item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange items returned beyond this 14 day limit.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, i.e. unused, undamaged and unworn.
- Items must still have their original tag attached.
Returns Process: Please contact us by email to inform us of your intention to return an item (see our "Contact Us" page). We will then send you a document to complete, containing the returns address to which you must send the package containing the returned items.
Shipping method: Returns must be sent by post , using a service such as Laposte or Colissimo. Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the return and it has been inspected by our teams, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the refund. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or theft occurring during return, so it is recommended to use a tracking service.
